A contemporary cookery school at The Langham, London. Set in this iconic London hotel Sauce offers Building Block and Masterclasses led by renowned chefs – Michel Roux Jr (Le Gavroche / BBC MasterChef), Chris King, Millie Simpson and Andrew Gravett.

Commissioned by the Langham Hotel to create an identity, images, packaging, menus and products for their new cookery school – Sauce by The Langham. The identity draws on the theatre and playfulness of the kitchen. Food photography is shot from the ‘chefs’ perspective’ inviting guests to take centre stage in the classes. saucebylangham.com
