Commissioned by the Langham Hotel to create an identity, images, packaging,
menus and products for their new cookery school – Sauce by The Langham. The identity draws on the theatre and playfulness
of the kitchen. Food photography is shot from the ‘chefs’ perspective’ inviting
guests to take centre stage in the classes.
