Chez Roux
Chez Roux draws inspiration from Chef Michel Roux’s childhood memories of growing up at Fairlawne estate in the 1960s, where his father, Albert Roux OBE, served as a private chef for the Cazalet family. The menu of simple but refined dishes pays homage to the past while offering a contemporary dining experience. Situated in the beautifully opulent Palm Court, this is Roux's first permanent home since the closure of Le Gavroche.

In 2024, I was commissioned to create a series of assets to communicate the story of Chez Roux. Drawing inspiration from Fairlawne estate, the visual identity centers around the house motif. The identity is integrated across menus, coasters, tray liners, packaging, and artworks. The window graphic, showcasing an array of British produce, offers a nostalgic glimpse into the private dining experiences of 1960s country houses.
